Manish Kumar

Manish Kumar is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in culinary and operations management. Currently serving as DGM Operations at Quess Corp Limited since December 2018, Manish oversees the food service portfolio for Healthcare, Education, and Corporate IT segments across northern India. Prior to this role, Manish worked as an Executive Chef at Sodexo, managing multiple sites in Delhi NCR, and held the Executive Chef position at the four-star Hotel The Royal Regency. Earlier in the career, Manish was the Indian Cuisine Chef at Maritim Hotel Mauritius and gained experience as Chef De Partie at Park Royal Hotel Nehru Place and Commi 1 at Qutab Hotel Choice Hotel Group.
