Rishit Shah

Rishit Shah is an experienced operations leader with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Vice President Operations at Quess Corp Limited since February 2018, Rishit has held multiple roles including Assistant Vice President and General Manager Operations. Prior to this, Rishit was a Senior Manager in Staffing Operations at Teamlease Services Limited (January 2017 - January 2018) and gained significant experience at Adecco from January 2012 to October 2016, where Rishit served in various managerial roles. Earlier career highlights include a position as Senior Manager of Business Development at SMM-ART Training & Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd, and Asst Manager in Corporate Sales at TimesJobs. Rishit began the professional journey at Ovimpex International as a Senior Sales Executive. Educationally, Rishit completed a General Management Program at Indian School of Business and holds a BA in Economics from the University of Mumbai, along with a Diploma in Computer Software Engineering from Aptech Computer Education.
