Saurabh Pareek

Saurabh Pareek is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, investment strategy, and audit services. Currently, Saurabh serves as Head of Mergers and Acquisitions at MTL, an Advent International Portfolio Company, where leadership is provided for the company's inorganic growth initiatives. Saurabh also holds the position of Investment Director at Quess Corp Limited, focusing on identifying and executing strategic investment opportunities. Prior to these roles, Saurabh worked as an Investment Research Analyst at Moody's Analytics Knowledge Services, supporting a major European Investment Bank, and held audit positions at K.L. Singhee & Co and C.P.J & Associates. Saurabh is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Andhra University.
