Sujata Shrivastav has a diverse professional background spanning various roles in customer relationship management, sales, operations, and human resources. Currently serving in the CEO's Office at Quess Corp Limited since February 2020, Sujata focuses on planning and executing CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and sales growth. Previous experience includes managing sales at NISA Industrial Services Pvt Ltd, coordinating operations in the Group President's office, and handling end-to-end activities in the PMO at HCL Technologies. Additionally, Sujata has held HR and administrative roles at Acesmart Advertising Pvt Ltd and Peregrine Guarding, developing skills in recruitment, training, and client relations.
