Jim Maochi serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Quest Analytics since October 2017. Previously, Jim held various roles at Fiserv from April 1993 to July 2017, including Director of Strategic Alliances, where responsibility included managing third-party alliance partners and vendors, generating over $1.5 million in annual revenue. In an earlier role as Product and Account Manager, Jim managed the full lifecycle of a data warehouse product and secured internal funding for solutions deployed to Fiserv banking clients. Jim's career began at Mellon Bank from 1985 to 1993 as a Product Manager. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business and a BSIE in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
