Kaitlin Ford

Kaitlin Ford is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in hospitality and executive support. Currently serving as the Manager of Operations at Quest Center for Integrative Health since February 2023, Kaitlin previously held the position of Executive Assistant to the CEO at AskNicely, where responsibilities included managing administrative, financial, and operational activities for the organization. Prior to that, Kaitlin worked at Holler Hospitality as the Director of People Operations, successfully leading a large opening team and creating Standard Operating Procedures that enhanced staff retention and operational efficiency. Kaitlin’s experience also encompasses roles as Director of Operations and General Manager at Provenance Hotels, focusing on staff management and exceptional guest service. Kaitlin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Oregon.
