ABOUT QUEST CENTER

Quest Center for Integrative Health (Quest) is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit wellness center that provides multidisciplinary and integrative healthcare in a community-based setting to all people. Founded in 1989 as “Project Quest Integrative Health Center” by two friends, Lusijah Marx, RN, PMHNP, PsyD, and Lucas Harris, Quest was originally a psychosocial support service provider for people living with HIV/AIDS. Since that time, Quest’s services have expanded to include all those living with chronic illnesses and pain in addition to a holistically focused medical/wellness component. For nearly three decades, our vision remains constant: we strive to meet the needs of people who are experiencing challenges to their physical, mental and emotional health. We endeavor to create a place of healing, where our clients trust and value Quest Center as an inclusive, empowering, safe and diverse community of support.

We believe people thrive when their physical, emotional, spiritual and social needs are effectively met. To this aim, Quest Center offers a wide range of services for individuals to draw from when creating their personalized treatment plan. Our services are offered in a manner that creates a functional community among our clients and sustains their continued healing from both physical and mental conditions. All of our programs share the same philosophy, mission and values while honoring the diversity of its participants.

The Mental Health Services team at Quest Center for Integrative Health provides comprehensive support to individuals facing mental health challenges, particularly those with chronic illnesses. This multidisciplinary group, which includes licensed professionals and interns, offers counseling, addiction services, and behavioral health screenings to create personalized treatment plans. By fostering a safe and inclusive environment, the team empowers clients to enhance their emotional well-being and resilience in their healing journeys.
