Andrew Chubick

Andrew Chubick has a strong background in finance, particularly in the technology industry. Andrew began their career at Dell in 2005 as an Enterprise Finance Controller, overseeing the financial operations of the rapidly growing Enterprise business unit. In this role, they were responsible for developing financial forecasts and opex models to support the business GM.

In 2008, Chubick transitioned to the role of Finance Global Controller at Dell, where they served as the Sales Controller for the Global 500 customer segment with a P&L exceeding $5 billion worldwide. Andrew collaborated with the VP Sales and GM to develop and implement operational plans to achieve financial targets, with a strong emphasis on profitability and growth.

Chubick's tenure at Dell continued until 2016, during which they held various positions including Finance Controller M&A and Dell Software Group Global Sales Controller. In these roles, they played a crucial role in managing the financial operations of the respective departments.

In 2016, Chubick joined Quest Software as the Executive Director Finance, and has recently been promoted to the position of Vice President Finance as of April 2022.

Andrew Chubick earned a BBA degree in Finance from Texas McCombs School of Business in 1996. Andrew later obtained an MBA degree in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin from 2000 to 2002.
