Felipe Lozano is an experienced Technical Lead at Quest Software since October 2016, overseeing the KACE Technical Product Specialist team along with Support Engineering and Research & Development teams. Felipe has progressed through various roles within the company, starting as an Enterprise Technical Support Analyst and then serving as an Enterprise Technical Support Senior Advisor focused on KACE UEM Products. Prior to Quest Software, Felipe worked at Dell from September 2012 to October 2016 as an Enterprise Technical Support Analyst and Client Technical Support Senior Associate, addressing technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking. Felipe holds a Master's Degree in Computer Security from Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá and multiple degrees in Computer Networks and Systems Engineering, along with a Bachelor of Science degree from Instituto Panamericano.
