Magaly Regalado

Magaly Regalado has over 20 years of experience in the field of human resources. Magaly started their career as a Computer Lab Supervisor at Harding University IT in 1999. From 2001 to 2005, they worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Hanesbrands Inc., where they were responsible for implementing HR programs and engaging in transformational initiatives.

In 2005, Magaly joined Dell as a Human Resources Consultant and later became a Human Resources Sr. Generalist. In these roles, they managed various HR functions, such as talent management, performance management, workforce analysis, and ethics investigations. Magaly also implemented the Great Place to Work Institute, leading Dell Panama to a top 10 position for five consecutive years.

From 2013 to 2015, Magaly served as a Human Resources Business Partner at Dell, providing strategic support for Global Services Product and Deployment Group. In this role, they implemented the Global People Strategy at the executive level and created Work Environment Action plans for Latin America Ops & Client Solution groups.

Most recently, Magaly worked at Quest Software as the Regional Human Resources Lead for the Latin America region. In this role, they were responsible for the HR strategy, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, talent management, labor relations, and health and safety programs. Magaly also played a key role in hiring and managing the performance of the sales team.

Magaly Regalado completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business (Management & International Business) from Harding University, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. In 2012, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Development from Universidad Latina de Panamá. Additionally, Magaly Regalado holds certifications as a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, a 1st Sales Talent Predictor Coach in Latin America certified by Revenue Storm, and a Green Belt in Business Process Improvement obtained in 2007.
