Kristin Erickson Tripathy

Kristin Erickson Tripathy is an accomplished marketing and education professional with extensive experience in program development and branding. Currently serving as Marketing Director at Quest Defense since August 2025, Kristin previously held the role of Executive Branding, Brand Manager at Quest Global where Kristin enhanced brand credibility through digital presence management. Kristin's background includes significant leadership in educational program design and implementation at New Teacher Center, where Kristin directed programs and partnerships, focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Additionally, Kristin has served in various educational roles, including Dean of Students and Literacy Coordinator, and has developed professional learning initiatives across multiple organizations. Kristin holds a Specialist Degree in Administration with Principal Licensure from the University of St. Thomas, a Master's Degree in Elementary Education from Hamline University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
