Bradford Lerman

Bradford Lerman, Psy.D., has extensive experience in organizational effectiveness and leadership development, currently serving as the Executive Director of Learning & Leadership Development and Organizational Effectiveness Partner at Quest Diagnostics since July 2016. Prior roles at Quest Diagnostics include Senior Director positions in various facets of Learning and Talent Management. Lerman’s earlier career includes directorial roles at Rutgers University, overseeing initiatives such as the Inclusive Schools Climate Initiative and the Safe and Drug-Free Schools and Communities Project. Additionally, Lerman has held executive positions at Merrill Lynch and Berlex Laboratories, and has been involved in program evaluation at organizations like Johnson & Johnson and Brookdale Community College. Bradford Lerman earned a Doctorate in Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Rutgers University.
