Noreen Farrell

Noreen Farrell currently serves as Vice President of Total Rewards & Workforce Analytics at Quest Diagnostics, a position held since January 2020. Previously, Noreen was Vice President and Head of Global Total Rewards at Conduent from April 2017 to December 2019, overseeing a team that supported over 60,000 employees globally. Noreen's experience also includes roles at Tyco, where responsibilities encompassed Total Rewards and HR Operations, as well as positions in Global Total Rewards and Executive Compensation at American Standard. Noreen began a career at Prudential as Director of Compensation & HRIS. Noreen holds an MS in Human Resources Management from Rutgers University and a BS in Psychology from Seton Hall University.
