Jan started his career in banking at Euroclear Bank. He has also worked for ING IM and Dexia SA. In 2017, he became a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). Before joining Capricorn Partners in 2021, Jan was an equity analyst for Leo Stevens & Cie Private Banking for eight years. From 2018 until 2021, he was a portfolio manager of the European small-mid cap fund.
Jan has a master’s degree in both applied economics and finance (University of Antwerp).
