Vasant Kudva

Vasant Kudva is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with over two decades of experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President (Talent Acquisition) at QuEST Global since July 2012, Vasant has previously held prominent positions including Managing Partner at Globe Hunter, where operations were conceptualized and established in three locations for mid and senior-level searches in the BFSI, telecom, and automobile sectors. As Vice President of HR and Global Recruitment Head at Patni Computer Systems, Vasant was responsible for global staffing strategies, and similarly, at Syntel Ltd., Vasant led global recruitment efforts. Other significant roles include Assistant Vice President at Reliance Info Solutions, Manager at Steria, and various positions at HCL Technologies, contributing to large-scale staffing and recruitment initiatives. Vasant holds a Master's in Personnel Management from BYTCO School of Management and a Bachelor's in Psychology from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
