Cara Eldridge currently serves as Chief Editor for Structural Biology, Biochemistry & Biophysics at Nature Portfolio since August 2023 and was previously a Team Manager in the same field at Nature Communications within Springer Nature Group from March 2020 to August 2023. Prior to this editorial role, Cara Eldridge worked as a Senior Editor and an Associate Editor at Springer Nature Group. Cara's research experience includes serving as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the MRC Laboratory of Molecular Biology from April 2019 to March 2020. Academically, Cara Eldridge earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biochemistry and an MSci in Biochemistry from the University of Cambridge, where also obtained a MA (Cantab) in Natural Sciences.
