With extensive experience in property management, Crystal has held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Property Management and Regional Manager, successfully increasing occupancy rates and decreasing delinquency significantly. Crystal's background includes managing teams, conducting HR duties, and overseeing capital projects, with a focus on operational efficiency and compliance with industry standards. Crystal has also worked as a Realtor and held regional management positions at Continental Realty Corporation and Questar Management, achieving notable results in occupancy and financial performance. Crystal holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Towson University.
