Radhika Arora

Radhika Arora currently serves as the Talent Acquisition leader at Quest Partners LLC, a position held since September 2023, focusing on internal recruitment without external agency engagement. Prior to this role, Radhika was the Head of Enterprise Technology Talent Acquisition and Director of Technology Recruiting at Schonfeld from February 2019 to June 2023. Radhika's extensive experience includes significant positions at Open Systems Technologies, where roles ranged from Director of Sourcing and Recruiting Operations to Senior Technical Recruiter, as well as an Associate position at CTPartners, conducting high-level leadership placements with an impressive success rate. Radhika began a professional career as a Publicity Associate and Research Assistant at NASA's Spacecraft and Planetary Imaging Facility.
