Pfso Richard Waugh

Richard Waugh, PFSO, currently serves as Operations Manager at Quest Security Services since July 2019, overseeing all operations of static and electronic security in the northern region to ensure exemplary client service. Prior experience includes serving as Project Manager at GUARDSMAN SECURITY LIMITED for bauxite and aluminum production in mid-2018 and as Operations Manager within the same company from April 2016 to June 2017, where coordination of operations was key. Richard also held the role of Project Manager with GUARDSMAN SECURITY LIMITED in collaboration with Noranda Bauxite Partners from September 2015 to 2016, and has a background in the Jamaica Defense Force as a Military Police, Military Instructor, and Patrol Commander from 2004 to 2011. Richard obtained a High School Diploma in Business from St Mary's College, completing studies in 2000.
