From 2018 to February 2022, Kay served as the Managing Portfolio Executive and Managing Director of Adcorp Outsourcing Solutions, driving growth aligned with the Adcorp Group's strategic objectives. Previously, from 2015 to 2017, Kay was the Managing Director of Adcorp Support Services, where strategic oversight led to the organization's success. At Quest Staffing Solutions (2007-2014), Kay focused on aligning business strategies with both short and long-term goals. Earlier in Kay's career, significant contributions were made at Absa by transforming the national contact center into a top-tier business function. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Business Administration from Henley Business School, a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Pretoria, and certifications in marketing and banking, showcasing a strong academic foundation that complements practical experience.
