At Oasis Outsourcing, Laketra was responsible for investigating system models, specifying business requirements, creating design documentation, and providing customer assistance and training.

From 2012 to 2015, Laketra worked at EvolveHR as a Payroll and Benefits Supervisor. Laketra managed payroll and benefits teams, provided leadership and direction, and ensured seamless delivery of operations support services.

In 2015, Laketra joined CoAdvantage as a Payroll and Employee Services Center Manager. Laketra continued to provide leadership and direction to the team, ensuring efficient delivery of operations support services aligned with company processes.

From 2016 to 2020, Laketra was employed at Citi as an Operations Support Manager, AVP. Laketra managed the Expatriate Payroll and North America Garnishment teams, providing leadership, direction, and ensuring seamless delivery of operations support services aligned with Citi's infrastructure and processes.

In 2020, Laketra joined TECO Energy as a Payroll Analyst Lead. Laketra held this position until 2022, where they played a crucial role in managing payroll operations and analysis.

Most recently, Laketra C. started working at Questco Companies in 2022 as an Onboarding Specialist, where they contribute their expertise in onboarding processes.
