Michael Gaffney

Michael Gaffney is a mechanical engineer with extensive experience in software engineering and product design across various industries. Currently employed at QuesTek Innovations LLC as a Software Engineer and Senior Mechanical Engineer, Michael leads 3D modeling and finite element analysis, manages prototype component production, and applies engineering knowledge to scale up materials for manufacturing. Previous positions include Product Engineer at Howmet Aerospace, where responsibilities included design and acquisition of tools, and Manufacturing Intern at Chroma Strand Labs, focusing on 3D printing filament production. Michael also gained valuable experience as a Mechanical Engineer Intern at Woodward, Inc., and as a Lab Technician at Idea 2 Product. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University.
