Giap Nguyen

Giap Nguyen is a seasoned professional in the field of computer vision and artificial intelligence, currently serving as a Data Scientist at Cintoo since April 2024, while also working as an AI Expert at Questel and a Computer Vision Engineer at Digital Barriers since 2022 and 2021 respectively. Prior to these roles, Giap contributed as a Computer Vision Engineer at Knap and as an Augmented Reality R&D Engineer at Touchline Interactive, specializing in technologies such as OpenCV, C++, and deep learning. Giap's experience also includes educational roles at Polytech Orléans, focusing on teaching and research in image processing and object-oriented programming, along with a substantial tenure at the L3i laboratory, where research centered around image indexing and content-based image retrieval. Giap holds a PhD and a Master's degree in Computer Science from La Rochelle Université, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Dalat in Vietnam.
