Thalie Benveniste

Thalie Benveniste serves as the Chief Legal Officer at Questel since November 2021, overseeing a 15-person team and managing corporate legal matters for 80 subsidiaries. Previously, Thalie held the position of Corporate M&A Lawyer at Believe, supporting legal aspects of M&A transactions and corporate governance for a leading digital music company. Thalie also worked at Fives as a Corporate Lawyer, managing corporate law for approximately 50 group companies, and has experience as Legal Counsel in Corporate M&A at LFB and Contracts & IP at CNRS. Additionally, Thalie imparts knowledge as a Professor at ICN Business School, teaching International Business Law and Corporate Law. Thalie holds advanced degrees in Intellectual Property Law and International Business Law from Aix-Marseille University.
