Genichi Imamura

Genichi Imamura has extensive experience in the enterprise software sector, currently serving as the Owner and CEO of Questetra, Inc. since April 2008, where the focus is on the Questetra BPM Suite SaaS Edition. Prior to this role, Genichi was the COO of Synergy-Marketing, Inc. specializing in SaaS CRM from June 2005 to March 2008, and the CEO of 4DD, Inc., a system integrator for CRM in Japan, from April 2000 to March 2008. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Informatics (Database) and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture, both obtained from Kyoto University. Additionally, Genichi has expertise as a BPM Consultant, providing strategic consulting in Business Process Management.
