Vivian Robles

Vivian Robles is the District Manager at Quest Food Management Services, bringing extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Previously serving as Area General Manager and Food Service Director, Vivian has developed strong skills in catering, food and beverage management, sales, and cooking. Vivian earned a Certification in Culinary Arts from The Cooking and Hospitality of Chicago Le Cordon Bleu and was a Golden Apple Scholar at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Prior to these roles, Vivian held various positions including Team Lead Customer Service Rep at Michigan Plaza and Front Desk Agent at Westin Hotels & Resorts.
