Cathy joined QuestGates in 2014 as their Customer Services Manager with responsibility for developing their customer experience program and overseeing and analyzing all customer feedback. Cathy has in excess of 30 years of experience in the insurance profession, having worked for Britannic Assurance for 21 years, and has since worked for the likes of Capita and Crawford and Company where she undertook roles to include complaints and technical claims handling, together with various managerial positions.
