Glen Donaldson is a seasoned professional in the insurance and claims management sector, currently serving as the Director of Specialist Services at QuestGates Ltd since February 2017. In this role, Glen oversees a diverse range of services including Environmental, Entertainment, and Motorsport, while also leading specialist adjusting services across Ireland. Previously, Glen held the position of Senior Manager in Insurance Claims Management at PwC UK, focusing on high-value claims and strategic audits for global insurers, and served as Director for Crawford & Company in Northern Ireland, managing operations and large loss claims. Glen's career began at Zurich Financial Services as a Claims Team Manager, and Glen holds a degree as a Chartered Insurance Practitioner from the Chartered Institute of Insurance, complemented by education from Queen’s University Belfast.
