Greg Laker is a Director and member of the Executive Board of QuestGates, Greg has over 25 years of insurance claims experience, with most of these having been spent in the loss adjusting sector.
He held a number of senior operational and client relationship roles prior to joining QuestGates in 2003.
Greg has responsibility for all aspects of Operations and has particular experience in developing bespoke solutions for clients and providing high-quality service delivery with a focus on digital innovation.
