She has 15 years of customer service experience working within the loss adjusting industry and specializes in learning and development, customer experience management, and business development. Lucy leads the relationship management team within their Property division and manages relationships with a number of their key insurer clients, MGAs, and brokers. She also works closely with their operational teams to drive continuous improvements in the service they deliver to their customers and brokers.
