Nick Macfarlane is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience and engagement. Currently serving as the Account Director for Customer Experience at QuestionPro, Nick has held significant roles in various prominent companies, including Cazoo as Head of CX Optimization for Emerging Markets and Sky as Vice President of Customer Engagement for Sky Ticket. Additionally, Nick has led customer experience initiatives in Sky Spain and directed customer service operations for International OTT. Early in the career, Nick contributed to Vodafone as a Product Manager for Prepay Mobile Broadband and as Manager for Customer Experience Design and Implementation. Nick also served as Senior Customer Relations Manager for Fleet and LCV at Renault UK Ltd.
