Nicholas Urbanic

Nicholas Urbanic is an experienced operations and project manager with a strong background in both flooring and concrete polishing, as well as customer service within the insurance sector. At QuestMark, a leader in industrial flooring, Nicholas has held various roles since July 2014, demonstrating expertise in operations management and project oversight. Previous experience includes a position as a Sr. Commercial Account Manager at CenturyLink and a licensed insurance agent at US Health Advisors, where a commitment to customer service and confidentiality was emphasized. Additionally, Nicholas served as a strength and conditioning coach at Force Indoor Sports, guiding athletes in their training. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from Ohio University, completed in 2011.
