Johanne Wick

Johanne Wick, CSSR, CIR, currently serves as Manager of Talent Acquisition, Technology at Questrade Financial Group, overseeing a global team of nine Technical Recruiters and Sourcing professionals while providing coaching and mentorship. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Client Delivery Manager at PeopleScout, where Johanne managed a global team of 30 Talent Acquisition professionals, participated in the Sourcing Hub core team, and handled client escalations. Additional positions include Interim IT/Digital Recruitment Manager for BMO-Technology at PeopleScout, Talent Acquisition Partner at Equifax, and a series of HR roles at organizations such as Huawei Technologies and Kinross Gold Corporation. Johanne holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and Labour Relations from Athabasca University and diplomas in French language and Business Administration - Human Resources Management from Durham College.
