Nassim Tajadod

Nassim Tajadod is an experienced professional in operational resilience and risk management with a robust background in the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Head of Operational Resilience at Questrade Financial Group since October 2023, Nassim has previously held key positions including Director of Global Operational Risk Program Management and Manager of Global BCM & Emergency Response at Great-West Lifeco Inc. From February 2017 to November 2018, Nassim was Manager of Global BCM Operations at OMERS, focusing on effective response mechanisms to business interruptions. Nassim's career also includes serving as Emergency Manager at the University of Waterloo and Manager of Planning and Operations at Executek International. Academically, Nassim holds a Master’s Degree in Disaster and Emergency Management, alongside Honours Bachelor's Degrees in Kinesiology and Health Science, and Environmental Studies - Urban Planning, all from York University.
