Sean O'Farrell is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in engineering and information technology. As the Head of Technology at Admiral Group Plc since April 2021, Sean focuses on driving efficiency and quality within the engineering practice. Prior to this role, Sean served as the Director of Information Technology at Rogers Communications, overseeing transformation projects for Contact Centre Technology and spearheading modernization initiatives. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President of Information Technology at BridgePoint Financial Group, where Sean championed digital customer experience and risk analytics, and various leadership positions at Scotiabank, including Director of Enterprise Architecture and Director of Solutions Delivery. Sean holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Engineering with Management from the University of Bedfordshire.
