Høgni á Reynatrøð has a diverse range of work experience. Høgni started their career as a teacher, teaching media, social sciences, and English in secondary school. Høgni also facilitated pilot projects on entrepreneurship as a teaching subject in the public school sector on the Faroe Islands.
In 2012, Høgni joined Google ETO as a Product Specialist in Google AdWords. Høgni was responsible for managing client portfolios and optimizing PPC campaigns.
From 2014, Høgni started working as an External Business Consultant and Affiliate for Faa3tilbud.dk. Høgni provided consulting services to multiple companies, assisting them with online strategies, campaign planning, and launch.
In 2016, Høgni became the Global Digital Marketing Manager at Templafy. In this role, they managed all online activities and worked hands-on with external partners to ensure growth and optimization.
Høgni joined KAYAK in 2017 as a Global Product Manager in Performance Marketing. Høgni closely collaborated with development and data scientist teams to align with performance marketing. Høgni also created marketing tools and features to automate digital campaign management. Høgni later took on the role of Global PPC Strategist and Team Lead, where they managed a team of digital growth specialists and implemented growth strategies.
In 2019, Høgni became the Chief Digital Officer at Samlino.dk, where they worked until 2021. Currently, they serve as the Head of Digital Marketing at Queue-it, starting in 2021.
Høgni á Reynatrøð completed a Certified Google Advertising Professional program from Google in 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Social Science from Føroya læraraskúli in 2006. In 2011, they also attended Competere where they earned a degree as a Social Media Manager.
