Heather English

Heather English is a seasoned professional in accounts receivable management, currently serving as the Senior Director of A/R Management at Quick Med Claims, LLC since May 2018. Previously, Heather held the position of Account Manager at Golden Hour from May 2003 to February 2015, where significant contributions included managing testing enhancements for revenue management services software development and training internal and client staff on prebilling software and processes. Heather also served as the Master Librarian for internal billing and software libraries and played an active role in new client onboarding projects, establishing expertise in electronic claim submission.
