Lori Simms is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational development and talent management. Currently serving as the Director of Organizational Development at Quick Quack Car Wash, Lori has previously held significant roles including Associate Executive Coach at El Camino Group, LLC, and Management Consultant at Blue Beyond Consulting. With a strong background in talent management strategies at National Veterinary Associates and global talent development at MUFG, Lori has successfully led teams in the design and implementation of programs that enhance company culture, employee engagement, and performance management.
