Daniel Garratt

Daniel Garratt is an experienced professional with a focus on project management and career development in the automotive and technology sectors. Currently, as the Career Development Manager at Quick Release since July 2018, Daniel leads the implementation of a people-focused management structure and oversees various people processes globally. Daniel has held significant roles in project management at Ford Motor Company, including responsibilities as Project Manager - Integration and Product Management and Global Product Owner for the Quality of Bill of Materials. Most recently, Daniel has taken on a Project Manager role at UKBIC, leading the implementation of an innovative ERP system in battery technologies, contributing to a £700m investment in the UK battery industry. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Kent.
