Blaine Dollar is a dedicated Compliance & Process Manager with over 15 years of experience in compliance management, electronics management, and general management. At Quick Ship Brands, Blaine manages compliance operations for multiple facilities, ensuring adherence to legal standards and developing comprehensive SOPs. Previously, as General Manager at Panera Bread, Blaine transformed a low-performing restaurant into a high-performing establishment through innovative systems and strong leadership. Blaine has also worked as an Electronics Supervisor, significantly reducing inventory aging and customer returns by implementing process improvements.
