Eileen McNamara

Eileen McNamara has over 28 years of work experience. Eileen began their career in 1992 as a Merchandise & Games Operations Manager at Canada's Wonderland. Eileen then moved on to Nicholby's Franchise Systems Inc. as a Director of Operations & Purchasing in 1998. In 2005, they worked as a Director of Operations & Marketing at Trade Secrets /Glamour Secrets. Eileen then took on the role of Director of Operations & Sales Beauty Supply Outlets at Regis Corporation in 2006. In 2008, they were appointed VP of Operations & Purchasing at Trade Secrets, where they revamped accounting practices and reformatted PNL processes for better cost analysis. From 2013-2015, they worked as the Director of Special Projects at Denim & Smith Inc., where they conducted comparative analysis to develop store pro-forma and location parameters, as well as location analysis to project accurate budgets, payroll and sales targets. In 2015, they took on the role of Events and Student Recruiter at Centennial College, where they encouraged and mentored all students on building strong relationships while engaging in their education and to participate in the college community. In 2017, they worked as a Cluster Facilitator at LeaderShape, Inc., where they facilitated a group of Centennial Students in an energizing, week long educational experience. In 2019, they were appointed Sales and Marketing Coordinator at Exclusive Brands. Eileen is currently working as an Account Manager at QuickCable Corporation.
