VP of Customer Success at Quickchannel

Alexandra Drottler has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries.

Starting in 2003, Alexandra worked as a Project Manager for Thams & Nyås Management AB, where they managed projects and conducted market revitalization for companies like Electrolux and Pfizer.

In 2003, they also worked on their Master's thesis within Supply Chain Management at SCA Packaging "De Hoop", where they mapped internal processes and developed an improvement program for the company's factories.

From 2004 to 2013, Alexandra worked at Mistat AB, initially as a Project Manager, responsible for coordinating internal and external work and developing sales materials. Later, they became the Vice Chief Executive Officer and focused on business development, conducting customer satisfaction measurements and surveys for companies like Vattenfall and Posten.

From 2013 to 2017, Alexandra worked as a Senior Research Executive at Ipsos Sweden, managing CX and EX research projects for clients like Telia Company and SAS.

In 2017, Alexandra joined Netigate as a Senior Insight Consultant and Employee Experience Manager. Alexandra was responsible for customer and employee projects, starting, implementing, and finalizing projects. Alexandra also served as a spokesperson for Netigate's Employee Experience offering. Within Netigate, they held various positions, including Head of Customer Success for Nordics, where they managed a team of CSMs and defined organizational setups, and eventually became the Director of Customer Success, responsible for growth and retention of existing customers.

Currently, Alexandra is the VP of Customer Success at Quickchannel AB, where they lead the customer success team.

Throughout their career, Alexandra has demonstrated expertise in customer success, project management, and research analysis.

Alexandra Drottler completed their education at various institutions. From 1999 to 2003, they attended Lund University, where they earned a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Technology Management. Prior to that, from 1997 to 1999, they studied at KTH Royal Institute of Technology in the Technical Preparatory program. Additionally, Alexandra Drottler obtained their International Baccalaureate from CIV International School of Sophia Antipolis, Frankrike in 1997-1994.

In addition to their formal education, Alexandra Drottler has obtained various certifications. In July 2022, they completed the User Onboarding 101 course at Appcues. In June 2021, they obtained a certificate for the Head of Customer Success program from Impact Academy at Startdeliver. Furthermore, in February 2020, they completed the 2-Day Employee Experience Design Course in Amsterdam, earning a certificate from DesignThinkers Academy. Lastly, in January 2019, they gained proficiency in the Netigate Feedback Platform through training at Netigate.
