Cynthia Schreiner has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Cynthia currently serves as the Director of Community and Events at CyberQP, where they oversee strategy, budgeting, planning, and execution of over 70 events. Cynthia is passionate about building communities and is actively engaged in conversations around culture and diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Prior to their role at CyberQP, Cynthia worked at Liongard, where they held multiple positions. As the Director of Community, they built the annual event schedule and executed the strategy for each event. Cynthia also played a key role in establishing and nurturing the Liongard Community. Cynthia began their career at Empact IT, where they played a crucial role in the merger and rebranding of Channel Dynamix to Impact IT. Cynthia served as the Autotask and Billing Specialist, training colleagues on MSP processes and best practices. Cynthia also provided support during the office's physical move. Prior to this role, Cynthia served as an MSP Business Administrator, handling various office responsibilities and organizing office events.

Early in their career, Cynthia worked as an Assistant Property Manager at Trammell Crow Residential. In this role, they managed rent payments, lease agreements, and apartment showings, always emphasizing the community's positive attributes.

Throughout their work experience, Cynthia has consistently demonstrated their ability to build and nurture communities, execute successful events, and contribute to positive company cultures.

Cynthia Schreiner began their education in 2000 at Sam Houston State University, where they pursued a field of study in Broadcast Journalism. Cynthia then transferred to the University of Houston in 2001 and focused on Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts, General. During their academic career, Cynthia did not obtain a degree from either institution.
