They work on rotating privileged account passwords across Active Directory and Azure AD, integrating technician credentials with popular RMMs, and ensuring zero-standing privileges for customers. The team also focuses on automating password reset ticket resolution and implementing biometric identity verification solutions. They collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration and operation of the platform's security features.
