The platform's MSPs are given the ability to rotate all of their privileged account passwords across AD and Azure AD, inject technician credentials into the most popular RMMs, and enforce a zero-standing privileges policy across all customers. The Help Desksolution uses biometrics to identify who is calling into the help desk and automates the resolution of password reset tickets. They provide services for password security and identity verification solutions and IT departments that integrate with active directory, azure AD, and IT glue.
