Shivam Mittal is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with a diverse background in sales, business development, and digital marketing. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Head of Business at DoubleTick.io since October 2022, and as Co-Founder and Head of Sales at QuickSell since June 2019, Shivam is dedicated to empowering small and medium-sized businesses globally to enhance customer engagement and activate online sales. Prior experience includes significant roles at DTDC Express Limited, where Shivam scaled the Kota Super Franchise to one of the top five in the nation, and successfully launching and managing an online marketplace and QSR franchise. Shivam's educational background includes degrees in Digital Conversational Engagement and Retail Management from HR College of Commerce & Economics, complemented by a Diploma in Applied Finance & Accounts from NIIT.
