Avinash Kumar

Avinash Kumar has a diverse range of work experience. Avinash started their career in 2015 as an Industrial Project employee at Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited. In 2019, they moved to Future Supply Chain Solutions Limited, where they worked as a Senior Executive. In this role, they developed strategies to decrease damages for fragile items, negotiated logistics contracts, and ensured the timely delivery of products. Avinash then joined QuickShift in 2020 as a Customer Success Manager, where they managed daily operations for multiple warehouses and improved customer satisfaction. Avinash worked at PhonePe from 2021 to 2023 as an Operations Analyst for GigIndia, where they optimized operations processes, led major projects, and achieved significant cost reductions and customer satisfaction improvements. Currently, Avinash is working at QuickShift as an Assistant Project Manager.

Avinash Kumar completed their education in two main stages. Avinash first attended the Agnel Institute of Technology and Design from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. After that, Avinash pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Operations Management at the iFEEL - Institute for Future Education Entrepreneurship and Leadership from 2017 to 2019. Additionally, in September 2022, Avinash received a certification as a Product Manager Fellow from NextLeap.
