Derek Spillane

Derek Spillane is a Director of Product Development at QuickTake Health, where responsibilities include leading the design and execution of the QuickTake Vital Signs Mirror as a founding team member. As Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Atlas, Derek facilitates a fitness social media platform that connects individuals with trainers and influencers to generate additional revenue streams. In a project management role for Dr. Uwe R. Pontius, Derek oversees the research and development of an innovative orthopedic implant. Previous experience includes teaching assistantship at Tulane University, leading a successful novel technology project, and contributions as a research and development engineer intern at AxoSim. Derek holds a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering from Tulane University.
