Rajnish Kucheria has been working in the tech industry since 2005. rajnish started their career as a Software Engineer at Infosys. In 2008, they joined Germin8 as a QA Manager, DevOps Lead and Agile Scrum Master. During their time there, they successfully transformed the Software development lifecycle from Waterfall to Agile, increased the Velocity of Agile teams, and optimized the cost of AWS cloud infrastructure. rajnish also held the roles of QA Team Lead and Senior Software Engineer at Germin8. In 2015, they moved to VoiceReach as a Quality Engineering Manager & Scrum Master. Most recently, in 2019, they joined Quickwork as Director - Customer Success. At Quickwork, they are responsible for making automation easy by allowing teams of all sizes to build simple or complex workflows quickly.

Rajnish Kucheria obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Engineering College Kota, Rajasthan University between 2001 and 2005. rajnish also holds a IIBF Certification in Banking from the Indian Institute of Banking & Finance.
