Alastair Manning

Alastair Manning is an accomplished commercial leader with extensive experience in the diagnostics and healthcare sectors. Currently, Alastair serves as the Commercial Cluster Director for North West Europe and Sales Director for the UK, Ireland, and Benelux at QuidelOrtho, a role held since December 2022. Prior to this position, Alastair was Sales Director at Quidel from January 2022 to December 2022 and held various key roles at Abbott Diagnostics from 2003 to 2022, including European Sales Manager for Haematology. Alastair's career also includes positions at Sysmex UK and Bro Morgannwg NHS Trust, where foundational skills were developed as a Biomedical Scientist. Alastair holds an MBA from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David, an MSc from Cardiff Metropolitan University, and a Bachelor's degree from Swansea University.
